Primære forskningsområder

My primary field of research is journalism studies. I am particularly interested in:

• Arts, cultural and lifestyle journalism
• Media and war
• Political communication
• Strategic communication, especially news management
• Journalists and news sources, e.g. 'experts' in the news media

Aktuel forskning

I am currently working on

• different aspects of cultural journalism (historically, case studies)
• the 'cultural journalist' as professional/non-professional
• amateur visuals in media coverage of war and conflict
• news media, lobbyism and think tanks
