A lot of research and many educational programmes at University of Copenhagen (UCPH) are interdisciplinary. However, at UCPH and other Danish Universities, we can become even better at doing interdisciplinary work by learning from existing experiences and developing new and better practices.  We therefore invite you to join us in this knowledge-building at our conference this February.
The programme will include talks by Philip Campbell, editor-in-chief at Nature and Dr. Catherine Lyall, whose work at The University of Edinburgh focuses on interdisciplinary research activities. The fourth conference on Rhetoric in Society will take place January 15-18, 2013 and will be hosted by the Section of Rhetoric at the University of Copenhagen, Denmark. The primary venue for the conference will be the Faculty of Humanities at the University of Copenhagen.
The three previous Rhetoric in Society conferences were held at Aalborg University, Denmark in 2006, Leiden University, The Netherlands in 2009, and Lessius University College, Belgium in 2011, respectively.

The French sociologist Didier Georgakakis presents his book: Le champ de l'Eurocratie: Une sociologie politique du personnel de l'UE.
